It is clear from the above journey that consumers are still a little skeptical to use online platforms for grocery shopping. In some way, brands need to deliver a superior omnichannel experience to win over customers. When selling to customers online, it’s important to keep stock of products that are high in demand and try to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory.
